What you need:
- 8 - 10 medium sized fish pieces
- QUICKIT Malvani Fish Fry Mix
How to prepare:
- Make a paste of QUICKIT Red mix adding little water.
- Apply it to 8-10 medium sized fish pieces.
- Coat these fish pieces with QUICKIT White mix.
- Shallow fry on a slow flame till tender.
