What you need:
- 400 - 500 grams brinjal
- QUICKIT Malvani Baingan Masala Mix
How to prepare:
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pressure pan
- Add 400-500g brinjal with 4 slits on each.
- Add the entire QUICKIT baingan gravy mix and stir.
- Add 375 ml of water and stir.
- Cook up to 1 whistle and keep on a slow flame for 7-8 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
