What you need:
- 400 - 500 grams mutton
- QUICKIT Malvani Mutton Gravy Mix
How to prepare:
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pressure pan.
- Add 400-500g of washed mutton pieces to it.
- Add the entire QUICKIT Mutton gravy mix and stir.
- Add 375 ml of water and stir.
- Cook up to 4-5 whistles and keep on a slow flame for 7-8 minutes.
- Add 1 tsp of lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves
